Recruitment Coordinator
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring across our global teams. Working alongside the HR team, you will ensure our hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently

Full-time: 35 hours per week
Contract: Open-ended
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on skills/experience, plus competitive 12% pension benefit
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata in year 1, increasing by 1 day p/a to 28 days

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help coordinate our recruitment activity across our global teams. You will work closely with our HR team to make sure our hiring process is efficient and compliant.
You’ll be the go-to person for advice on recruitment policies and best practice, supporting both managers and staff. From posting job ads to supporting onboarding, you’ll take care of the end-to-end recruitment process.
How you will do this:
- Running the full recruitment process for all hiring campaigns, using our Applicant Tracking System (TeamTailor)
- Organising and coordinating interviews for all roles, working closely with the HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
- Leading interviews for junior and mid-level roles; stepping in to interview for senior-level roles when needed
- Handling queries about our Employer of Record platform (Deel), with input from the HR Manager
- Keeping recruitment training guides, policies and resources up to date
- Delivering recruitment training to colleagues across the organisation
- Maintaining recruitment data and providing reports when asked
- Spotting trends and suggesting improvements to our global recruitment process based on data and metrics
- Supporting internal moves and transfers, working with the Operational HR team
- Getting involved in HR projects and initiatives linked to our People Action Plan
- Helping with general HR support during busy periods or when team members are away
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills – both written and spoken
- CIPD Level 3–5 / relevant degree, or equivalent experience
- Solid HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or international setting
- Experience in recruitment and interviewing is essential
- Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practice; some knowledge of UK employment law
- Organised, uses initiative and can solve problems before they escalate
- Able to stay calm under pressure and manage sensitive information carefully
- Great people skills – approachable, diplomatic, and builds strong relationships
- Numerate, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using HR systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate simple reports
- Fluent in English (bonus if you speak other languages too)
