HR Officer (Compliance)
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our global team. In this role, you will provide an effective and compliant HR service and be involved a variety of exciting HR initiatives.

Full-time: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term (6 months) with the potential to extend
Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 per annum depending on skills/experience, plus competitive 12% pension benefit
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata in year 1, increasing by 1 day p/a to 28 days

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our global team. In this role, you will work in partnership with colleagues to provide an effective and compliant HR service and to support on a variety of exciting HR initiatives and projects. This is a chance to apply your fantastic organisational and people skills to making a genuine difference.
How you will do this:
- Support the day-to-day operational HR function across a global workforce
- Manage the administration of our employer of record (EoR) online platform for outposted employees
- Provide guidance and support to staff and managers on policies and procedures
- Assist in reviewing, revising and communicating policies and procedures
- Support or lead in the delivery of identified initiatives and strategic projects
Ideally you will have:
- Good understanding of HR processes and practice across the whole employee lifecycle
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build positive relationships and work as a team
- Excellent communication skills, including an ability to write policies and guidance notes that are easy to understand
- An interest in conservation, a love of nature and/or an interest in working in the charity sector
